Once we have assessed the suitability of your property then we will provide you with a schedule of your weekly rates that apply during the different seasons of the year. This schedule is reviewed annually.

We are confident that the annual rental income we pay to our La Manga Club owners is the most competitive available.
We find that all types of property within La Manga Club can provide good returns for owners.
The level of return for La Manga Club owners is related to the standard of furnishing, equipment and décor as guests expect their accommodation to match the high standard of the Club's facilities. Guests also expect to receive discounted rates for the various sports activities.
To help you maximise your income we carry out an annual quality inspection of your La Manga Club property. We will let you know of any suggestions that will increase your letting potential.
The more time your property is available, especially during the high season, then the more rentals you will obtain.
La Manga Rentals gives priority to owners of property at La Manga Club Owners' Letting Service whenever we receive holiday enquiries. This helps to increase the number of bookings.
We operate a number of flexible rental packages for La Manga owners that have been designed over the years to meet all of our clients needs. Please discuss your requirements with us and we will provide you with all of the information you need to choose the best package for you.
The agreed rental income will be paid within 30 days of the close of the month in which the guests arrive.
Membership of the La Manga Rentals Owners' Service is completely free. So we have to be successful!
You are responsible for providing a basic food Welcome Pack, a weekly/maid linen service (Guests who stay for between 10 and 13 nights are entitled to a mid-stay change of linen and towels) together with electricity, gas, water, the services of your Management Company, pool/garden maintenance (where appropriate). We advise you of all bookings and You are responsible for ensuring your La Manga Management Company provide the required services.
Should a Guest cancel their booking, our aim is to provide you with compensation wherever possible. Therefore, if we are unable to re-let your property, we will pay to you:

Your property is available for your use whenever it is not let. We endeavour to inform you of any lettings as soon as practical, but please check with us for current availability as this can change very rapidly.
You can also block off periods when you do not want us to let your property.
You are free to use any on-site Management Company. We have excellent working relationships with all of the companies at La Manga Club and would not expect you to have to change. If you do decide to change at any time then please let us know immediately since we have to inform the Guests.
Once we have obtained a provisional booking, we will inform you of the relevant dates. You must then inform your on-site Management Company so that they can reserve your property and ensure that it is prepared in time for the Guests' arrival. Close to the arrival date we will confirm the flight information, numbers of guests and any extras that have been ordered directly to You or to both You and your Management Company.
8 weeks before arrival we will then send you the agreed rental income, assuming that we have cleared funds from the Guests. We will pay you for any extras at the same time as your rental income. However in some cases, e.g. late bookings, we ask the Guests to pay your Management Company directly.
