Does my airport transfer drop me at the door of my La Manga club accommodation?

You will be dropped as close to the entrance to the property as possible. The driver will take you to the management company to collect your keys and then to the property to ensure you are safely inside.

How do I locate my airport transfer driver?

The driver will be waiting for you in airport Arrivals, holding a board with your name on.

Airport - What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Ring the emergency number below.

Airport - How long will I have to wait at the airport? What about flight delays?

The driver will have your flight details so he will meet you as you come through the Arrivals gate, should there be any delay, and he will still be waiting for you in Arrivals.

General - I have lost my luggage. Can you collect it for me later?

All the airlines have handling agents. They will make arrangements for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.

General - I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

Pricing - Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?

On private transfers, infants and children count as one person, as they take up a seat-belt place. We recommend that parents take their own child seats, to ensure adequate safety in foreign countries. As with car rental policy, it is also the parent's responsibility to fit the seat. Most airlines do not charge for the carriage of child seats and pushchairs.

Cancellation of reservation - Can I have a refund?

A refund will be given, provided we receive your cancellation instructions at least 7 days prior to departure. An administration charge of £25 per transfer will be applied.

Reservation - Can I change the date of my airport transfer?

Yes you can change your arrival times without charge, provided we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Reservation - Can I have a receipt?

Your email or fax confirmation is your receipt for your airport transfer.

The Transfer - How do I confirm my resort pick up time?

If the time and place of your return journey has not been confirmed prior to your departure, please contact the office at La Manga Club, which is situated opposite the petrol station, or please call telephone number 0034-968 175 248 to arrange a suitable time and place.

What currency are your rates in?

All prices are quoted and charged in GBP sterling.

The Transfer - Can I have the driver's mobile number?

No. If you have any problems, please contact one of the emergency numbers below, as it may not be the same driver collecting you.

The Transfer - I have lots of luggage; a mountain bike, golf bags, electric wheelchair etc. Will there be room?

Each passenger has an obligation to inform us of such items by email or fax and we will make the necessary arrangements. However, extra charges may be applicable.

N.B. No charge will be made for non-motorised wheelchairs.

The Transfer - Is the transfer direct, or do we stop en route?

Private transfers are direct, door to door. The driver will take you to the management company to collect your keys and then to the property.

The Transfer - Does the driver speak English?

Possibly not, but all the drivers are very experienced and are well used to driving in the area and at the Club.

The Transfer - Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?

No.
